NCC-GGR
For all types of external natural stone and reconstituted stone surfaces as well as concrete pavers. The viscous formula clings to the surfaces without attacking the substrate. Cleans and removes dirt including stubborn green and dark deposits caused by plants and leaves. This bleaching action also helps to restore stone and other mineral surfaces on walls and paving. Surfaces to be treated should be completely dry before application. Pour solution undiluted directly onto the surface and spread out evenly using a sponge or paint brush. Garden sprayers can also be used. Leave for a minimum of 1 hour. Apply a little water and agitate with a stiff Deck brush or emulsifying pad to release the dirt and grime. Rinse thoroughly using a hose or jet wash. Some stubborn stains may require a longer time to work, in which case apply and leave on surfaces overnight. If some stains remain after treatment, they should fade and disappear after a few days. If not: repeat the application again. Can be used on all types of natural and reconstituted stone, however, always test on an inconspicuous area before general application. Further Treatment: treating newly cleaned surfaces with NCC Sealer or NCC Sealer & Enhancer will help prevent moisture dirt and organic particles from penetrating into the surface.

NCC Resin Residue Remover is designed to help you remove all types of resin residues such as those from polymer or epoxy grouts etc., left or spilled onto patios and other paved and tiled, including porcelain, external surfaces. This specially developed cleaning material is a low odour, non-caustic surface treatment that works by softening the residues left by paving jointing compounds and grouts, making their removal from the surface of natural stone, and porcelain tile paving much easier. Directions for use (Always Shake the Container Well Before Use) As with all paving cleaning and surface treatments, we strongly recommend that you always test on an inconspicuous area prior to its general use. Surface preparation: Ensure that the surface to be treated is completely clean (other than for the offending residue!) and completely dry. If necessary, clean the surfaces generally first e.g. clean the paving with NCC Grime Remover, rinse well with clean water and allow time to fully dry. Removing the residues: - Apply NCC Resin Residue Remover liberally by dabbing on with a suitable paint brush. Work in small manageable areas at a time and do not brush out, leaving the solution to work for up to 30 minutes, but Do Not allow the solution to dry out. If drying should or looks like it is going to occur within this 30 mins, simply apply a little more of the solution to keep it wet. - After 30 minutes, use a stiff short haired brush to pick-up and remove the softened resin material from the surface. Repeat the process as necessary if any unwanted polymer / resin material remains. - Clean the overall paved / porcelain tiled surfaces using NCC Grime Remover diluted 1:10 in warm water. Apply with a light pressure sprayer on larger areas, or simply with a scrubbing brush. Agitate the surface using a scrubbing brush or a so-called boat deck brush can be good. Finally rinse the surfaces thoroughly using a hose / nozzle and clean water. Consumption / Coverage: (per litre) Light surface residue stripping: 8-10m² Deeper / thicker residue build-up removal: 5m²

NCC Intensive Porcelain Cleaner is designed to do exactly as the name says and allow you to clean external porcelain tile paving that has suffered a build-up of unwanted dirt, grime and grease etc., as well as surface staining by tannins from plant detritus and the ubiquitous red wine and other delights from external exposure with BBQ’s, Party Nights and of course gardening works etc. Directions for use (Always Shake the Container Well Before Use) As with all paving cleaning and surface treatments, we strongly recommend that you always test NCC Intensive Porcelain Cleaner on an inconspicuous area, particularly of the jointing material, prior to its general use. (Please also see the additional note on this subject at the foot of this Product Page.) Always mask and protect any adjacent areas and materials that are not being treated with the product, including untreated timber etc. Mild soiling (relatively): Dilute 1:10 parts in warm water and apply liberally with a low-pressure sprayer or apply directly to the affected surface with a scrubbing brush. Agitate with the scrubbing brush, or a so-called boat deck brush, then pressure hose / jet-wash off with clean water. Severe soiling: Dilute 1:3 parts in warm water. Apply liberally using a low-pressure sprayer or apply directly to the affected surface with a scrubbing brush. Leave for 5-10 minutes and then agitate with the scrubbing brush, or a so-called boat deck brush, then pressure hose / jet-wash off with clean water. Repeat if required. Extreme soiling: Apply undiluted using a suitable scrubbing brush, directly onto the affected areas only, then add a little water and agitate with the scrubbing brush, or a so-called boat deck brush. Leave to work for a further 10 minutes or so, then agitate again and finally rinse-off thoroughly with clean water by pressure hose / jet washing. Important Additional Notes: - On larger areas all of these processes can be carried out by machines of the scrubber drier type, with the release rate for the solution set to normal, then proceeding to scrub the surfaces and remove / extract used solution as normal. - Any residual alkalinity / product remaining on surfaces should be completely removed, which can be done by lifting with a little clean water and a sponge in smaller areas and machine rinsing and extraction for larger areas. Consumption / Coverage (per litre): Mild soiling: 50m² Severe soiling: 20m² Extreme soiling: 5-10m² Additional Important Note: In relation to exterior porcelain tile paving joint staining, and failing exterior porcelain tile joints generally, with repointing requirements. This is especially important if single component, brush-in jointing compounds have been used initially, as these can be prone to discoloration in any event. As outlined in more detail on our website, these inferior materials are more DIY products and should never really be used for expensive porcelain tile paving, particularly as they are also not adequately resistant to jet washing, and so will need replacement in a few years at most. If any of this is an issue for you, please contact us at NCC Streetscape for detailed specific advice and recommendations on the best product to replace and repoint your porcelain, which will probably be one of the unique 2-part epoxy resin based vdw 815 or 850 joint mortars for optimum durability and a long service life.
